Digital tests??

Has anyone taken a digital test 5 days before their missed period and gotten accurate results?

Nope I gave up on digital until a missed period even though they say 6 days early!

Yes I took a FRER and Clear blue digital yesterday and got a BFP - period was supposed to start on 2/19

Most use regular pregnancy test strips for early testing. Digital pregnancy test require higher levels of hcg to detect pregnancy, usually a level of 50. I always recommend a regular test first.
