9 week old crying ALL day

I’m getting exhausted. For maybe the past week he’s started getting extremely fussy again at night which I thought we had outgrew, but now in addition to the night fussiness he’s starting to do it during the day too. Today he’s literally been crying ALL day. Feed him? He’s fine for maybe 20 minutes and he starts crying again. Change him? Doesn’t help. Swing, swaddle, outside, walking around, different positions on me, nothing helps unless manages to fall asleep. And as soon as he wakes up he starts crying again. I’m going to lose my mind.
