Eczema help?

Question

My baby had her 6 month appt yesterday and just as I suspected she does have eczema. What helped your babies get through it? 
Is there a possibility that it does go away completely or no?
She has 3 patches, one by her cheek, her arm and her thigh.

My son has eczema I freaked out initially when I saw it, got on amazon ordered all of this baby eczema therapy it didn’t get rid of it but it helped the dry patch look! I took him to the doctors office & they gave him 2% hydrocortisone and it went away in 2 days!

My first son had it bad, we actually ended up switching pediatricians cause the first kept telling me it was a rash and to give him benedryl without even seeing him. The new one said it was the worst case of eczema he had ever seen( he was covered head to toe) and sent us strait to a dermatologist that day. We did operation greasy baby. Used the eucerin greasy stuff covered his body each diaper change and kept him in a footy pajama. Kept triamasolone on hand. He is now 5 and doesn’t have it at all

It CAN be associated with diet, but if it’s not severe, it could just be the dry weather. We had to cut whole milk out of my 19 month old’s diet and I’ve been applying Cerave lotion to his eczema and it got significantly better within 3 days and it has been 2.5 weeks and it has completely disappeared (minus behind his ears).
