Hcg levels I’ve been blood tested 3 TIMES

Ladies so last Tuesday night I got 3 faint positive test. I tested wensday for blood and Thursday heard I was at 29. Then retested to see if they doubled but they dropped only by a little doc didn’t give a exact number. I’ve now drew blood again today does anyone have any thoughts or advice to what is going on???
