There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to pinpoint exactly why. Random mid cycle spotting is very common and often unexplained! 🤷‍♀️ Good luck!!!
