People being extremely unhelpful

Me and my husband are really nervous about our new baby. I'm 35 weeks and 2 days and I'm getting induced at 39 weeks and 2 days. Hes nervous about being a new parent and I'm nervous about being a new parent and giving birth, but any time we open up to someone about it this is what they say. "Well this is what you wanted." Yes! We want our daughter more than anything. Our nerves have nothing to do with how much we love her and whether or not we want her so how is saying that supposed to help us? All it does is makes us feel bad for being nervous!
