Vinegar smelling soiled/wet nappies? Help?
My child is 3 weeks old and has been having nappies the past two days that have been vinegar smelling. She is bottle fed Aptimil and has been doing plenty of wet nappies. No temp but we went docs for a cough and they think she’s fighting off a viral infection
