I’m 35 weeks, and for the last hour or two today I’ve had what feels like round ligament pain. The only difference with round ligament versus what I’m experiencing is changing positions don’t help, and I’m trying to keep hydrated. Can early labor pains happen near the hips in the lower abdomen or do they always radiate to the back? I’ve never had active labor at home before, only in the hospital after being induced. This is all new to me.
