I tried it yesterday and not only was it super uncomfortable but I’ve been cramping, bleeding, and having contractions on and off ever since. I’m not in labor either, so I’m just experiencing useless pain and it’s not even helping the baby come out.

I feel very off and all I can do is lay in bad, it’s really a mix of pain and a lot of discomfort. I wish I would’ve saved my energy for actual labor.

My midwife says at this point it probably won’t work since it hasn’t already, I will say that I’m 39+1 and woman 40 weeks and over apparently have a better chance. But I wanted to also put my experience out there for anyone considering.
