No. People need to learn to date. When dating there are certain check marks that need to be somewhat made and .... then you can know. Lasting long term relationships require commitment, compatability, loyalty, honor, and respect. Require a financially stable plan for income, agreence on sex/intimacy, inlaws, child bearing, and appropritate communication when angry, upset, and even happy.

Yep, with my husband. Long story short, we met in an online community, but I was in a relationship at the time and he wasn't ready to date anyone. I eventually broke up with my ex and my husband reached out. We talked for about two months before we met in person. When I saw him walking toward me at the airport, I just knew. It was like coming home. He felt the same. We'll have been together for 11 years in May and married for eight and years by then. I wouldn't change a thing.

We met on March 24, 2017 and got married May 31, 2017. We both definitely knew this was it after the first date, but it was still a little scary jumping into it that quickly. Our first year was rough and I think we both had our doubts but we both agreed divorce wasn’t an option for us while we were dating. Marriage takes work and you have to choose love, but I firmly believe, when you know you know! 🥰

I met a guy and knew instantly he was the one. 
I had been looking to just date, have fun,  ect and he ruined it all 🤣🤣 
We dated and still took things slow. But after our first date we where basically inseparable. 
8 years later, married, a house, 2 kids, a pandemic,  3 pets. Still crazy for him.
