What counts as a soiled diaper?

My LO seems to do lots of very small poops through the day (like half a teaspoon or less)- do these count in the soiled diaper tally? She has at least 5 wet diapers, just wanting to make sure she’s feeding enough...

If she’s pooing that’s fine :) with breastfeeding some babies don’t poo a lot because there bodies absorb a lot of it I would be happy with the wet diapers and just a little poo.

My little guy also does this. I would count them as soiled diapers. You know she’s going so I’m sure she’s good. Have you had her weighed again after discharge?

I was just trying to determine the same thing.  I think I recall the rules of thumb is if its quarter size or bigger.
