Helpppp

Ok so about 4 weeks ago I posted that I’d had a faint test in the afternoon but then a negative after- I took another two days later and it was negative so I got serum HCGs at my OB that were negative as well, so they concluded I had a chemical on 1/18. So today I am extremely sick- puking from just trying to have a regular BM- so I took a test and it’s a DARK positive, and not even my FMU. So my question is- wtf is going on with my body? I truly want to be pregnant again but I’m scared of getting my hopes up and being disappointed again because this would be my 4th loss. It’s too late to call my OB so I just need some support.
