What insurance covers the freemie breast pumps? I am on medical through california health and wellness and really need to find a hands free breast pump before i deliver. Anyone help?

From the research I've done, most of the hands free pumps are low suction. I'm really torn between 2 pumps this time, the spectra s1 or the Medela max flow. These 2 are pretty light weight and I believe both have a battery option. Pat of my thought process is how easy will it be to get replacement parts. Just something to think about 😊

Not sure about insurance coverage but I used FSA $ end of last year too get a Baby Buddha pump and plan on getting the freemie closed cups to have an on the go option.

I was asking my doctor if I should get a different pump this go around when I was getting the prescription written. I didn’t ask even ask about hands free pumps and she told me the freemie wasn’t good. The suction was terrible and it’s super bulky. I realize most hands free are that way. But I love my OBGYN and trust her recommendations.
