Has anyone been in a car accident while pregnant? What did you do? Did you get a lawyer to fight the case to get a good pay from the driver at fault? How did it go for you? We have dashcam footage of the event. Me and baby are completely okay and we're taken to the ER right away. I'm just sore in my neck and back but baby was active like a 12 week fetus should be, thank God. My boyfriend was the driver, i was the passenger, and my daughter was in the passenger side in the back seat and i was also holding our puppy. We already have a case open with our insurance but aren't quite sure if we should go the lawyer route, still waiting to get the police report but they say it could be about almost a week for us to get it 🙄. I would appreciate anything and any advice you suggest us do. This was mine and my daughters first accident, i am going to put her in therapy so she can speak with someone that knows the right questions to ask but we constantly tell her we will lover and give her kisses, a lot more than before. I'm just worried about her and being traumatized because she is just 4 years old 😣
