So about two weeks ago I took 4 pregnancy tests over two days and all came back positive , however the last on I took was very very faint, I fell down the stairs on the second day and by 5pm that night I’d started bleeding and had been having quite bad cramps for about a day and so rang 111 and they sent me to A&E and then after 3 tests at A&E and 1 blood test they told me i had in fact no sign of being pregnant as my bloods looked “pretty much normal” at all and they couldn’t give me an answer as to why I had 4 (from different brands) positive pregnancy tests. Has anyone else had anything like this happen it was all just a bit confusing. My period after lasted for 2 weeks after that and up until then I had been having some early pregnancy signs , idk all just abit deflating
