TTC after Covid vaccine

I am booked in for my 2nd dose of the Covid vaccine beginning of April. I keep reading different things regarding when you can start TTC, I thought there was no issue with you starting straight after the vaccine but I’ve read things that say otherwise. Just wondered if anyone else has been through this & whether you waited a certain amount of time?
