8 week old won’t nap without being held
My baby sleeps well at bedtime, although she needs to be held to fall asleep. But during the daytime she will fall asleep in her swing but won’t stay asleep past 30 minutes, unless I hold her for the remainder of her nap. It makes her so overtired it’s sad. Also it’s hard to accomplish anything during my day. Feeling like I’ve messed this up 😔
