7 weeks Ans bleeding and cramping

I didn’t start bleeding till after I used my vibrator but I went to get checked anyways cause usually it’s just spotting here or there I had cervical check Nd vaginal ultrasound Nd I’ve been bleeding more since. Idk if that irritated me They didn’t say miscarriage but they said I was measuring smaller than my LMS . And I’m measuring 5 weeks and couldn’t see a heartbeat yet they said it was small but they saw the sac and yolk .. I haven’t bled through a pad Nd I have a liner on its red more than spotting but no soaking . Idk what to think because nothing is making sense anybody else went through this and have a healthy pregnancy
