Removing nexplanon birth control & getting pregnant

Just curious if anyone got this birth control (bar implant) removed and how long did it take to get pregnant or get a period? I got it removed yesterday and my husband and I are so excited to start trying for baby #2!! I never had a period while having this BC. The doctor said it varies with everyone and was in a hurry so she didn’t really explain anything.
