Need some help and advice
I'm trying my hardest to get back into shape I think the best shape of my life was right before I was pregnant with my son I lost over 50 lbs and I was find the right track since having him I want to some Financial physical and emotional issues. Currently although I'm with my husband I consider myself a single mother. I'm had started working out steadily atoms have gone losing weight and was supposed to hit. So now I'm trying to find a way to change up my diet make healthier options like I was doing prior and find a way to work out while reading a novel three year old toddler and looking for a new apartment any help with healthy meal options or advise and any type of motivation will greatly be appreciated
