Milestone blanket or cards??

I really want to order something to take photos with when baby boy gets here! Does anyone have pros and cons of a blanket vs cards?

I used a letter board with 3 of my babies and with my 4th I used a blanket, the blanket was nice until she was able to roll and grab now it’s so hard to get a picture because the minute I set her down she grabs the blankets, rolls or sits up. For this baby I bought little wooden circle with the months on them
