Why does coffee make me hungry instead of full?
I drink an iced coffee with cream and French vanilla syrup (sweet). I get full at first but maybe an hour or two later I get ravenously hungry like I haven’t eaten for days but I eat before I drink my coffee.
Isn’t coffee supposed to suppress your appetite?
