Daycare charging when out for snow

Is it normal for daycare to charge when they are closed for snow? I am a teacher and we are charged when I have breaks, but I get that because it is my choice to pull her out. They are going to charge two full weeks on Monday. I don’t think I would be as upset honestly if they pulled it on Monday! They have canceled for the full week.
