How did you prepare with your partner about how you want to raise your children? We are pregnant with our first (my second) and I am worried about how we will go about our difference in values when it comes to raising our own together. I never had to negotiate raising my daughter because I did it pretty much on my own, but now I know we have some difference of opinions and I worry about how we will settle on some of them. I know I can be pretty controlling when it comes to my children so it will be really hard for me to let go at times.
