I had my period in the beginning month but I tested more just to make sure I wasn’t pregnant but it came out blazing positive 7 days later . I’m curious as to why my so called period stopped and after I got a positive test which my beta HCG is 424 or 464 why I’m bleeding again ?

I do only have one tube I’ve been trying to get pregnant for about 1 year since my ectopic. But what could this bleeding be? I’m only 3 weeks pregnant 🤰
