So I got my period today after being a week late and my cramps are super intense. I went to the restroom to relieve the pressure down there and get what I felt was the need to pee. Nothing was coming out of me so I pushed and the biggest blood clot ever came out. It was bigger than a quarter sized clot. The pain subsided right after and so did the pressure. I’m just really spooked right now. I took 2 Advil tablets moments before that happened and I just took two more for the pain to go away all together. This has never happened before but I have had my clots be quarter sized. Any ideas why this happened is this normal anyone else experience this ?
