Would it be considered cultural appropriation or even just weird for a while girl to wear a T shirt with Tupac on it?

She thinks he’s great. 
I shouldn’t have to tell her she can’t wear a shirt with a black man on it because she’s white.

Wearing a t shirt does nothing.
