I had my first cervical exam today and doc says I’m 70% effaced. No dilation, but doc said he could easily feel baby’s head so it seems like we’re getting closer!

I know dilation and effacement can take weeks, so not getting ahead of myself, but it was crazy to hear that my body is actually getting ready to do this. If it wasn’t real before, it sure it now!

What were your stats at 36 weeks? And when did you deliver?? I’d love to hear your experiences!
