Weight loss post partum (5 weeks)
I haven’t got the time to do any exercise yet, since baby is waking up hourly/ every 2 hours as well as feeding. Does anyone have any advice for weight loss?
I went up to 105 kg during pregnancy and I just want to get my body back after having 2 back to back pregnancies (1st one ending as a miscarriage at 20 weeks)
