Cysts on ovaries, endometriomas.. starting ivf smh

Starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>.. and this is what happens at my baseline..now I have a appointment with my doctor to discuss things but my nurse is starting me on Nortrel birth control..anyone else been thru this im so defeated, any advice please, what did u do, what happened 😔
