Newborn acne / heat rash from breastfeeding?

Question

Is it possible for newborns to get baby acne or a heat rash from breast feeding? I’m concerned that it’s me that’s causing the breakout because the area he has pimples/rash is where touches my boob.

Some babies get acne from the milk on their face. It could be the milk giving the baby acne not your boob. You can wipe baby with a little cloth after feeding and see if it helps. That’s what happened with my baby but he grew out of it. Now he has a drool rash instead 😕

I would assume it’s possible if sweat accumulates between your breast and baby’s face.
