What do you do when your partner isn't satisfying you sexually?

I have a much higher sex drive than my partner. When we do have sex it doesn't last long and there's no foreplay really. I love sex, I enjoy it but I don't find it pleasurable with him anymore. It feels like a race to the finish line and I'm just there to help him very there. I very very rarely receive oral so that's already a not so great experience in itself but idk what to do? I've brought it up and tried to talk about it but nothing changes. I don't even initiate sex anymore. Suggestions?
