I see that you're posting a LOT today about weight loss.
No, it's not healthy to starve yourself. Yes, you'll lose weight, but it will come right back. You'll be malnourished, which can have long term effects on your body. You can't starve yourself and expect long term results. 
Cut out ALL processed foods. Eat lots of veggies, fruits, lean protein, whole wheat breads/pastas. Limit your dairy. Count calories if you want (not necessary) and make sure that you burn more calories than you're eating.
