1-3 and anywhere for 15 minutes to 2 hours. I am struggling!

2-3 depending on length. 
Length is kinda all over the place. 
Yesterday he napped twice, for a grand total of 50 minutes. No matter what I did, he would not take a morning nap. He slept great at night though!

we just got down to 2! first nap is 1 hour long and second nap is 2
hours long! she sleeps great at night too! 7:45-8pm to 9 am every morning i wake her up!!!
