Mommy Wrists
Hi, has anybody had De Quervain's tenosynovitis? This pain on my left wrist started a couple of days ago, then also the right one, and last night had to take Ibuprofen to bare the pain while holding my daughter for a feeding. This is horrible 😭
I googled and says to wear a thumb brace, ice and Ibuprofen. To immobilize the wrist. How am I going to have things done and hold my baby with this?!?!?!
Anybody has experience on this? Please let me know.
