Mind you, we are currently staying at my MILs house since our house has no heat due to the winter storms.

My husband and I both work. I’m also 30 weeks pregnant and have a toddler.

Last night, my MIL was nice enough to have dinner cooked. I went ahead and ate with my toddler since my husband wouldn’t be home until late from work.

When he got home he makes a comment to his mom, “I wish my wife was nice enough to have my plate ready”

Umm excuse me! All he had to do was warm it up 🙄. So the mentality of it rubbed me the wrong way. Normally at home if I cook, he makes his own plate because I’m busy making our toddlers plate and my own.

Even if I wasn’t working full time he is very capable of making his own food/ plate as well.
