Mucus plug and then labor?

How fast after you lost your mucus plug did you go into labor? Currently 37+ weeks and dilated to a 3. Lost my mucus plug and feeling lots of cramps but nothing consistent yet.

Out of four pregnancies, I only lost my mucous plug once.  After I lost it, my water broke about 4-5 hours later.

Lost mine without blood a few days ago! I'm not dilated and nothing is happening 😪

I didn't lose my plug until I was already in active labor and 4 cm dilated

I lost mucus plug around 6 AM and went into labor that night at 10 PM that night with my son in 2018!!!

Mucus plug can come back. You can lose it multiple times.
