I’m confused

So I’m on my period and first off it came 8 days early and then it was kinda normal for the the dirty two days and the third day*today* is like there is nothing. I’m just confused because usually my period lasts up to six days. *ps- I am an over thinker and have obsess over crap which makes me worry that something is wrong*
