covid and pregnancy

so I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I’m pretty sure I had covid despite getting TWO negative fricken results. I think I have it because I literally can’t taste or smell anything at this point. All of my other symptoms are gone(I had congestion and runny nose for about a week and a half), but I still can’t taste or smell and when I can smell... I literally smell a weird burning type smell and I HATE IT. Anyone else experience this with covid ? I don’t get why my results were negative both times but I can’t smell or taste. I don’t know any other sickness that takes your sense of smell and taste.
