13 weeks with cramps !! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Today light/ mild cramps started after getting a back massage at school. They have been on and off ever since. Not unbearable but uncomfortable. Mostly on left side where baby is. No bleeding. Is this normal or should I got to the hospital ???? Need some help ladies
