How long does it take for the pill to regulate periods?

My periods are very irregular and have been advised to take the pill to regulate them but of course am TTC so I don’t want to take it for a long time just to regulate my periods.

You should talk to your dr and see wat he suggests your period will more than likely become unregular again once you stop birth control pills, something else might be a better fit

It will only impact your cycle for as long as you take it. If you want long term regularity but don't want to take BC long term, you will need to find another option.
