'There's no ethical consumption under capitalism'

de

How do you feel when people use this argument? I see a lot of discourse about this online . Some say people use this as an excuse to make themselves feel better about still chosing to consume things like fast fashion or buy from Amazon. Some will say this and carry on life as usual and consume however they want to and others feel it's just simply the truth , but doesn't mean we don't have to try and make better choices.

How do you feel about consumption of non essential products if you do not believe capitalism is ethical ? Do you still enjoy shopping for fun / non essential things ?

Sorry if this isn't well put together I'm kinda just going through it right now and trying to distract myself lol of it's too 'boring ' or 'nobost cares ' like the last few things I've put up I'll delete it just let me know. 😅
