Major hormone problems 😞

So during certain times in my cycle I’m just super hormonal and it’s hard to get under control. Well my 4 year old will throw toys on the ground on purpose and break her tablet on purpose. I know I should use other methods but today I yelled at her a lot and I just feel like a complete failure as a parent. I’ve been crying in my room because I just feel so bad about it. I have these spouts where I’m just super cranky and hormonal.
