Ttc and just curious.. what body changes did you have after giving birth?

Wanting to know what happens to the woman’s body after birth, i have bad anxiety and get a bit worried my body is going to be completely different 😂

My breasts are saggier but I call them mom boobs.  Lol. I’ve always had large breasts but I’ve never wanted them. Lol. I gained A LOT of weight during pregnancy. My son is 16 months and I’m still not back to pre-pregnancy but close and of course now we are trying for #2. My face is rounder and I have dark pigmentation spots that have slowly gotten better with the time. I have a scar and a mom pouch. BUT!!!!  I have a beautiful and sweet boy whom I would kill for. My body and I nurtured him for 9 months and loved him before I saw him. He is healthy and loved. Honestly, with all these changes, I still have more confidence than I did before.  I am a different person.  A mom. 💙

Hair loss (normal) 
A belly pooch (due to c-section) 
Stretch marks are still there 
My feet grew during pregnancy and my hips widened so theyre obviously still that way 😂 
There wasnt many changes or any i could do anything about

Mostly just the saggy skin on my stomach. If I am standing its not that noticeable, but if I were to lean forward the skin just hangs lol. Other than that not really much of a change, I’m the same weight I was before getting pregnant and I have really small boobs so they didn’t change much either.

I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancies I have 5 I total resulting in 4 living children my hood are saggier my nipples also stayed darker tmi and I had one natural 3 section and a d&c I have no lost all the weight and I’m back down to around 8 stone 8 stone 3 it fluctuates day to day but I have loads of loose skin around my stomach but I did got from 12 stone 4 it took me around 5-6 months I’m covered in stretch marks I’m only 23 and I look at my body some days and hate it but other days I love it you’ll be ok honestly a baby is the greatest blessing and some people body changes are as big as mine ☺️￼

My nipples are no longer flat bc I pump 4x a day
Sometimes I pee if I laugh too hard or sneeze 
I’m skinnier than I was before I got pregnant which is nice 
Other than that nothing changed
