I got a note that the apartment owners employee or owner themself would be doing a smoke detector test and unit inspection tomorrow. Not sure if it’s common or what, but seems odd to me. We don’t have anything out of line, but do live in an affordable community so I’m not sure if it’s a common thing regardless or for the affordable s that sometimes do illegal things? Not sure and a bit concerned! I have nothing to worry about on that front, but still don’t like my home being inspected. Granted we are renters but still I’ve never heard of this. TIA
