Best Workout for Butt/Saddlebags? Help!
My husband had taken some explicit pictures of me last night and I HATE the way my thighs and butt look. I know squats are good for toning and they also help tone my lower belly slightly... But I have thunder thighs and want to tone them up, no more saddlebags! Or cellulite 🤣☠️
Any other exercises that have helped you ladies slim/tone your thighs and butt?
This may sound weird but if any of you have before/after pics that would be lovely. 😁
