First pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks and a few days... I haven't slept so can't remember how many days. I did an insane amount of house chores yesterday. Namely laundry and since about 6pm yesterday I've had intense low back pain like my back will break and contractions I haven't been able to keep track of them since I was attempting to sleep while they were gone. I'm worried I may be in labor but I don't want to go to hospital if its a false alarm again.
