I’m ready for a change !
I’m 12 weeks and 2 days and I want to start eating more healthy foods, cut off some junk, and do some exercise so I can have a healthy baby and so I can stay in shape and not gain no weight after birth. I also plan on having a personal trainer after I give birth so I can have a flat tummy and be in great shape for next year. I’m due September 1st and my goal is to have a flat tummy before my birthday in January. I know I have plenty of time but these months are going by fast and I want to have everything planned out. That way when the time comes, I’ll be set and ready. I even spoke to my friend about it and she told me to just relax and just eat as much as I want. Please be respectful in the comments !
