Potential Cleft?

Hello everyone,
I had my anatomy scan last Saturday and my OB has requested a repeat scan specifically for the nose/lip view. They did not mention what it was regarding and my OB has not called me back yet. I have my follow up scan on Tuesday. Looking at the photos that were provided, I am concerned my baby may have a cleft lip... any opinions based on this scan? Any experience? Any advice? All is greatly appreciated!

After my anatomy scan my family doctor called me to say there was a chance of cleft lip, the next day my ob called and said no, it's potentially micrognathia. Needless to say I was in a panic because Micrognathia is associated with trisomy 18 among other things. So we go to the fetal medicine clinic for a detailed ultrasound and everything is completely normal. My advice is don't wreck yourself googling everything, it doesn't help and it won't change the results. Ultrasound pictures can be deceiving.
