So we have seen a lovely house we have really liked and were ready to put in an offer immediately, til we stepped out into the garden and saw that there was a gate between us and the neighbours garden. We asked the current owner about it and he said it was for the wheelie bin access so they can take their bins out weekly.

When we got home we done some research and found that it would be generalised access whenever the neighbour wants to take anything in and out of the garden because they are a terraced property.

Now I don't know how to feel about the property, it ticked almost all of our boxes until then.. would you buy a house where the neighbour had unrestricted access into your garden??
